2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus if you have :
Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
Experience with Digital Engineering
Additional related certifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities :
Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.
