What are the responsibilities and job description for the DENTAL HYGIENIST position at MSRCOSMOS HEALTHCARE STAFFING?
DRESS CODE : Scrubs
TRAVEL : 10% of the time. May be assigned to a school site. Can ride with a state employee in a state vehicle. Normally will be an elementary school. Will be at the school for the entire day, not travel required during business hours.
TOOLS / EQUIPMENT : Dental hygiene tools, Eaglesoft and HMS computer software
- Using dental instruments and hygiene equipment, performing dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planning.
- Instruct patients in preventive dental techniques.
- Assisting a high number of patients as required.
Ability to work with dentists, assistants, student assistants and volunteers.
