Job Description:
The Agronomic Research Program Manager will be responsible for managing the CARC crop variety testing program, including designing and implementing research trials, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for crop variety selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement research trials for crop variety testing.
- Collect and analyze data to inform crop variety selection decisions.
- Provide recommendations for crop variety selection based on data analysis.
- Manage the CARC crop variety testing program, including budgeting and personnel management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Crop Science, Agronomy, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting small plot agronomic research.
- Experience in operating field research equipment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
