Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver education and training programs for farmers, ranchers, and families
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum two years of experience in agriculture or youth development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
