Job Description:
- Develop and implement programs that promote agriculture and youth development
- Provide education and training to farmers, ranchers, and families on best practices and emerging trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategic plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in agriculture or youth development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
