Key Requirements of the Position Include :
- The ability to lead the full cycle recruiting process from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and making job offers.
- Ability to collaborate with program and hiring managers and proactively source qualified candidates for upcoming and current positions.
- Experience using various resources and recruiting technology including job boards and social media networking to effectively develop sourcing strategies to help source, attract and screen qualified candidates.
- Provide timely and effective communications with candidates and the hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Overseeing the professional background and outsourced reference verification process for candidates to ensure timeliness are on track and verifications are in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and performing other recruiting and hiring functions as assigned.
