Job Description
Gather, refine, and analyze customer feedback data to understand their perspective of a product or service before and after purchasing it. Develop and analyze strategy and presentation that enables decision making to drive a stronger alignment with customer expectations.
Develop, coordinate, and follow up on implementing process improvements based on customer feedback that involves leading and engaging cross functional teams
Key performance indicators are not limited to :
- Customer Experience Change Agent : Identify issues and work across teams to improve customer experience and eliminate pain points
- Overall rating : The product's overall rating
- Number of reviews : The number of reviews for the product or service
- Sentiment : Whether the reviews are generally positive or negative
- Specific feedback : Any specific feedback provided by the customer
- Collaborate : Work with a team to enhance the user experience
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities supporting eCommerce
Conduct monthly analysis review sessions with key stakeholders and act as an agent of change for product listing improvements, engineering change, and customer appeasement, when applicable.
