Job Description
Ford Service Reservation is an online service reservation software tool built and maintained by the Ford Motor Company to enhance the customer’s experience. As a FSR Market Area Manager at MSX, you will work collectively with the FSR Program Manager and your assigned field team to oversee the implementation, growth, and optimization of the software tool in your designated market areas.
Job Overview
The FSR Market Area Manager is a combination of strategic management, along with hands-on enactment to ensure that Ford dealerships and customers in your market area are leveraging FSR to meet their unique business needs. You will oversee all aspects of software installation and implementation, partner with various Ford teams to gain alignment, and build strong relationships both internally (MSX & Ford) and externally (dealership personnel). The FSR Market Area Manager is a true people leader who develops their team and creates an collaborative culture.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the onboarding and continuous training of your field team to establish a standard regarding knowledge and processes
This will include efficiently leading your field team to manage their assigned dealer base (region / territory) in both travel and dealer engagement
