Job Description
A Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the onboarding new hires, administration of company policies and procedures, benefits, and systems administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Onboarding new hires, coordinating process flow.
Process all system related changes, updates, and corrections in HRIS system.
Conduct new hire orientations.
Create and maintain employee files, including Form I-9s.
Disability, workers’ compensation and FMLA management.
Respond to employee benefit and policy inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.
Assist other members of the department with special projects.
Payroll weeks: – runs report for HSA / FSA funding – sends to 3rd party vendor; reconcile and produces 401k wire funding.
Create and distribute weekly reports.
Assist Payroll Administrator
Payroll experience preferably with ADP
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
