Job Summary:
At Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), we are proud to be a small, community-based hospital committed to improving the lives of those we serve. One of Dartmouth Health partners, Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center is one of only two acute rehabilitation programs in Vermont. MAHHC offers the most advanced patient-centered services and has been widely recognized and respected for its comprehensive and compassionate rehabilitative care, including the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic acute rehab department. A willingness to learn, strong communication skills and accountability are a must. Responsibilities include evaluations and patient centered treatment for patients with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate electronic medical records and interdisciplinary communication.
Education:
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant. Certification and current license in the State of Vermont.
