Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, VT, part of the Dartmouth-Health system is seeking a highly motivated and professional Nurse Manager for our 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit. We are looking for someone to lead and support our team in a way that promotes excellence in patient care, facilitates staff development, maintains safety standards and promotes evidence based practice. The manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, patient centered care while developing and maintaining knowledgeable and highly competent staff. This Nurse will also be directing the activities of the unit by overseeing the day to day operations of the department, participating in long term planning and execution of department plans.
