Outpatient Physical Therapy Position

Physical Therapist Job Summary:
Mt Ascutney Hospital is a small community hospital in beautiful Windsor, Vermont. We have a dynamic outpatient clinic provideing care to primarily orthopedic and neurologix populations, with opportunities for aquatic therapy with a pool on site. We work closely with our primary and specialty care practices, as well as our CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation and acute care departments; encouraging a multidisciplinary approach through the continuum of care.
We are seeking a full time physical therapist to join our supportive team of skilled clinicians. Experienced team members are available to provide opportunities for mentorship if desired. We have a clinical ladder program recognizing expertise and providing opportunities for advancement, with associated compensation. State of the art treatment equipment including Vector body weight support system is integrated into the treatment space.
Responsibilities would include evaluations and patient centered treatment for patients with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate records, working cooperatively with other members of the health care team and institution to provide optimal care.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy. Current VT State license. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.
