The Dietary Aide II position is the job classification that includes the eight hour cafeteria, tray, swing, and dishwashing positions. The job may include any of the following : cold food prep, nourishment preparation, serving food during tray line, cash register operation and reconciliation, salad bar prep, opening and closing of kitchen, and supervision of shift at times.
