What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute School Counselor - Districtwide #1359 | 2024-25 SY position at Mt. Diablo Unified?
Valid CA Single Subject/Secondary, Multiple Subject/Elementary, Special Education Credentials or Substitute Teaching Permit or PPS credential (with CBEST). Candidates with bachelor degree and CBEST may apply through the employer for a Substitute Teaching Permit.
All applications must be submitted online via Edjoin. Applications are reviewed by Human Resources and eligible candidates are invited to attend a future orientation. Invitations are sent via email along with a list of "What to Bring to the Orientation".
Applicants who do not hold a valid CA credential, may apply for the Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit provided a bachelors degree is held and all portions of the California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST) have been passed. Applying for a 30-Day Sub Permit is done during orientation.
Salary : $250 - $300
