This position requires travel within the greater Portland metropolitan area. Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Job Summary:
- The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Field Representatives is to develop a good relationship with the homeowner and establish trust. We are there to help them after a tough time/situation in their life.
- Works effectively with homeowners and other service providers, adjusters, and insurance representatives at the job site.
- Conducts on-site photos of contents to be processed for restoration and inventory contents with QR Codes in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure customer textiles and contents are properly wrapped, boxes and loaded into vehicles to eliminate damage during transport and during storage.
- Address missing or nonfunctioning QR codes by updating on iPad or notifying Lead/Supervisor.
- Accurately completes paperwork for each job and present in each job file in accordance with company policy before turning into office.
- Prior to re-delivery of restored contents, verify customers inventory counts and categories are loaded on truck and secured for transportation, correcting any errors prior to making delivery.
- Delivers all restored content orders to the proper room of the residence or commercial building and obtains satisfaction slip from homeowner or business owner.
- Ensure the customer’s residence or business is clean and secure, upon completion of the job.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 6 months customer service-related experience.
* Valid State Driver's License with good driving record.
* Pass a background check
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Ability to clearly articulate ideas, instructions, and information in person and over the phone.
* Ability to listen attentively to understand the needs, concerns, and feedback of others.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and work in cold or hot conditions.
