Welcome to Mt Hood Hearing! We are an established hearing loss treatment center with over 20 years of experience and are searching for a caring, qualified, professional, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to help us continue to transform people's lives through excellent service and hearing healthcare.
Our ideal candidate:
1. Comes to work with a smile and a great can-do attitude!
2. Opens and closes office; sets alarm and maintains office cleanliness & readiness.
3. Greet patients upon arrival with warm, friendly smile and treat while checking them in.
4. Has conversations with patients and prospective patients in person and over the phone and explains our approach to hearing healthcare.
5. Advises patients on the long-term treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus.
6. Maintain office supplies, office inventory, and overall supply flow of the office.
7. Keeper of patient schedule; office and patient flow.
8. Bids patients a fond farewell as they check-out and leave.
9. Assists with patient education and the coordination of treatment plans.
10. Stocks office area with promo material/ monthly contests/ symposiums/ etc.
11. Schedule appointments with patients and send out materials to review.
12. Answers phones, requests online reviews, invites to activities.
13. Assist with morning meetings as necessary.
14. Process payments and take deposits when necessary.
15. Scans patient paperwork, invoices, and documents into patient charts.
16. Monitor email and respond as necessary; including booking appointments.
17. Liaison between patient, office staff, and Specialists.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Salary range is between $20 to $23 per hour based on experience and pervious experience.
