Position Overview
The Junior Accountant supports the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, general ledger account reconciliations, posting journal entries, maintaining financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The position is hybrid-remote and required to work on-site at Mt. Hood Meadows a minimum of two days a week or as directed by the Controller. The functions of this role may require overtime during peak financial periods, such as tax season or year-end closing.
Qualifications & Experience
- 18 years of age minimum
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
