What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Attendant position at Mt. Hood Meadows?
At Mt. Hood Meadows, we enrich the lives of our team, guests, and community. The Parking Team are the first to enrich lives in the lots, guiding our guests to their spot in a safe and efficient manner. With extra focus on the guest experience, Parking Team Members are the first point of contact our guests interact with before starting their day on the mountain; in addition to guiding folks as they park their cars, they provide general information and direction when approached by guests as well as assist with set-up and tear-down of cones, signs, and gates.

Mt. Hood Meadows provides equal opportunities for all employees and applicants. We strongly encourage applications from people of all races, religions, sexual orientations, pregnancies, genders, gender identities, gender expressions, national origins, ages, mental or physical disabilities, ancestries, medical conditions, military or veteran status, citizenship status, socio-economic backgrounds, or any other status protected by law.
Research has shown that women may be less likely to apply for a job if they do not check all the boxes in the job description. We encourage anyone to apply for positions that pique their interests and will consider transferable skills in placement of specific qualifications. We believe in fostering a growth mindset and want our team to develop new skills and grow into the job they want at Mt.
