Job Summary
To help customers have great experience and to safely operate your attraction in the way you were trained.
Essential Job Functions
- Performs customer service by checking tickets and answering questions.
- Harnesses customers.
- Operates attractions, including Kiddy Canoes, Bungee Trampolines, Kiddy Karts, Miniature Golf, Jacob’ Ladder, Super Play Zone, Indy Karts according to Training.
- Abides by attraction opening procedures checklist.
- Abides by attraction closing procedures checklist.
- Removes trash.
- Cleans areas.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Secondary Job Functions
- Work closely with multiple departments.
- Help out in other areas as needed.
- Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of mountain conditions.
- Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Able to read and write English.
- Able to work will with others in a TEAM environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be about to work Holidays and Weekends.
- Must be able to stand entire shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Can work with limited supervisory
- Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
- Must become knowledgeable in all Activities of the Company.
