At MT HOOD SKI BOWL LLC, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Chairlift Operations Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of lift operators, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chairlifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example
- Perform all duties in accordance with written and verbal procedures and policies to provide the safest and most efficient operation possible of the chairlifts.
- Supervise Lift Operators
- Direct and guide lift operators to ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently and safely.
- Provide coaching and training to lift operators as needed.
- Manage Operational Logs and Reports
- Maintain accurate records of operational logs and incident reports.
- Verify Valid Tickets
- Ensure that all guests have valid tickets before allowing them to access the chairlifts.
- Communicate with Guests and Coworkers
- Maintain positive interactions with guests and coworkers at all times.
Requirements
- Age Requirement
- Must be 18 years of age or older to operate machinery.
- Physical Abilities
- Able to stand outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Able to lift 40 pounds over your head repeatedly.
