Essential Job Functions
- Checks height and age requirements of patrons.
- Checks Tickets.
- Helps customers in and out of go-karts.
- Pushes go-karts that are stuck.
- Tests, adjusts and monitors pitching machines.
- Assists customers with seat belts.
- Assists customers with exiting zip line.
- Adjusts and fixes tire barrier.
- Removes trash.
- Maintains clean area.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Secondary Job Functions
- Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
- Help out in other departments as needed.
- Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Smiling
- Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
- Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.
- Assist customers.
Non-essential Job Functions
- Work closely with multiple departments.
- Help out in other areas as needed.
- Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Must be able to work outdoors.
- Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Able to read and write English.
- Able to work will with others in a TEAM environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be about to work Holidays and Weekends.
- Must be able to stand entire shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
- Can work with limited supervisory
- Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
