Job Description
The Resort Operations Team Leader will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our chairlifts. This individual will supervise a team of lift operators and ensure that all procedures and policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Guidance
- Provide leadership and guidance to lift operators to ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently and safely.
- Logistical Support
- Manage operational logs and incident reports.
- Guest Services
- Verify valid tickets for all guests accessing the chairlifts.
- Communication and Collaboration

Requirements
- Age Requirement
- Must be 18 years of age or older to operate machinery.
- Physical Abilities
- Able to stand outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Able to lift 40 pounds over your head repeatedly.
