Part Time: Service BDC Representative

We are currently looking for a part-time Service BDC Representative to join our team. We are a family-owned organization with over 50 years of dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to phone, and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Complete other assignments for outbound calls, included but not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
• Complete outbound calls with a focus on lead generation activities for service drive marketing programs
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep up to date with technology changes
• Understand the manufacturer's requirements and policies for assigned brands
• Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, and dealership management.
• Utilize tracking systems daily.
• Hours are 4pm - 6pm Monday - Friday (as available) and every Saturday from 8am - 3pm.
• Work from home available after 60 day training period.
• We can provide all technology needs for at home work. Must provide proof of fast internet speed.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
