Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on vehicle service status
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers, ensuring a top-tier customer experience
- Work closely with the service advisors and technicians to coordinate scheduling and ensure efficiency
- Answer customer inquiries about maintenance and repair services in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals for appointments and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and scheduling tools
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Automotive service experience is a plus, but not required
