The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Instructional Clerk at Hoover Elementary School .
This is a part-time (50% status) , on-site, permanent position performing reception and general office and clerical duties in the school's main office, including student attendance tracking and materials preparation. This position involves frequent interaction with students, families, staff, and visitors, and requires a service focused attitude and strong customer service skills, especially in the areas of communication and adaptability.

This assignment works 3.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 190 days per school year (Late August-Early June).
Starting wages are either $15.82 or $15.97 per hour (approximately $10,520 or $10,620 annually), for new hires to the District, depending upon previous school district experience.
This position is eligible for sick days, but is not eligible for personal days or health insurance benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service and / or clerical or office support experience; or a combination of experience and training.
- Prior experience in a school office setting preferred.
- Experience with Google Apps and PowerSchool helpful.
