Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server at our bustling restaurant. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen staff.
Provide detailed menu knowledge to guests, including specials and dietary options.
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency and care.
Process payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and point-of-sale systems.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables and assisting in overall cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
Uphold health and safety regulations and follow restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality role is a plus, yet not a deal breaker.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.70 - $24.40 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
