Smilie Memorial School, in Bolton, VT, is seeking an energetic and caring General Assistant to work with students in Kindergarten through 4th grade. This position is responsible for supporting students, special educators and classroom teachers within the regular school setting. The position involves performing a variety of supportive activities with a diverse population of students.
Qualified candidates should enjoy working with and engaging with young students, have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently. Candidates must be reliable, have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and/or walk for extended periods of time to support students.
