Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door marketing team. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who can train, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers
✔ Develop effective door-to-door marketing strategies
✔ Set and track team performance goals
✔ Conduct team meetings and training sessions
✔ Ensure professionalism and brand representation in the field
✔ Maintain accurate reports on team progress and lead generation
Qualifications:
