Job Title: Canvass Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Canvass Manager to lead our small team of canvassers in the field. This role goes beyond door-to-door outreach—it’s about setting the stage for our sales staff by securing appointments for free in-home estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example:
- Actively participate in door-to-door canvassing and set appointments for free in-home estimates.
- Demonstrate effective canvassing techniques and a strong commitment to quality, ensuring every interaction reflects our company’s values.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Supervise, motivate, and support a small team of canvassers, ensuring daily appointment and canvassing targets are met.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to help team members improve their appointment-setting and engagement skills.
- Field Operations:
- Plan and execute efficient canvassing routes across Westmoreland County, with a focus on areas where potential customers are most receptive.
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, leads, and appointments set for free in-home estimates, ensuring smooth follow-up by our sales staff.
- Appointment Setting:
- Act as a key liaison between the canvassing team and the sales department by scheduling and confirming appointments for free in-home estimates.
- Monitor and optimize the conversion rate from initial contact to appointment, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the Export, PA office management team to align field strategies with overall company goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members to enhance brand reputation and trust.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven background in canvassing, sales, or field marketing. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for planning efficient routes and managing multiple priorities.
- Local Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Westmoreland County and its communities is highly desirable.
- Requirements:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
