POSITION SUMMARY
- The Terrain Park Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of Terrain Parks and supervision of Terrain Park Attendants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of maintaining the Terrain Park
- Responsible for training new Terrain Park attendants
- Responsible maintaining terrain parks
- Must have 2-3 years of Terrain Park raking experience
- Frequently skis or rides terrain parks to monitor all aspects of the park, safety, design, style, etc.
- Responsible for mentoring and training to less experienced staff
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license
- Experience skiing or riding in Terrain Parks
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills required
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively delegate tasks
