The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for providing custodial services to Mt. San Antonio College facilities, including cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums, lounges, offices, locker rooms, hallways, elevators, and other facilities as assigned.

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for providing custodial services to Mt. San Antonio College facilities, including cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums, lounges, offices, locker rooms, hallways, elevators, and other facilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect drinking fountains and restroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, and urinals; fill dispensers with towels, soap, toilet paper, and other items.
- Clean areas utilizing recommended processes when anyone is exposed to human blood, blood by-products, or other potentially infectious materials.
- Perform minor maintenance to buildings and adjacent grounds; replace light bulbs and tubes; clean chalkboards, white boards, trays, and erasers.
- Locks and unlocks doors, gates, and windows as appropriate; turns lights on and off as needed; maintains security of assigned areas according to established guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience equivalent to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate knowledge and abilities listed above.
- Mobility to work in various college buildings and facilities; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform light to medium physical work.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds.
