The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Mt. San Antonio College facilities.

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Mt. San Antonio College facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect drinking fountains and restroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, and urinals; fill dispensers with towels, soap, toilet paper, and other items.
- Clean areas utilizing recommended processes when anyone is exposed to human blood, blood by-products, or other potentially infectious materials.
- Perform minor maintenance to buildings and adjacent grounds; replace light bulbs and tubes; clean chalkboards, white boards, trays, and erasers.
- Locks and unlocks doors, gates, and windows as appropriate; turns lights on and off as needed; maintains security of assigned areas according to established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience equivalent to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate knowledge and abilities listed above.
- Mobility to work in various college buildings and facilities; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform light to medium physical work.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds.
