We have an exciting opportunity for a Dean of Nursing and Allied Health located at our campus in Menifee, CA. Reporting to the Vice President of Career Education, Nursing and Allied Health, the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health provides for the educational welfare of students and the professional needs of staff within the Nursing and Allied Health Programs. Working collaboratively with the faculty, staff, and instructional administrative team, and operating within established duties and responsibilities, the Dean has the responsibility and authority to make decisions on matters related to the division; plan, organize, administer, develop, and evaluate the programs, projects, and activities of assigned instructional area; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; and in partnership with faculty, staff and administrators, provide leadership in offering high quality educational services to the District, the community, and most importantly to our students. The Dean of Nursing and Allied Health is responsible for a variety of nursing and allied health programs, and disciplines including: Associate Degree Nursing, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Emergency Medical Services, Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, Medical Assisting, and Medical Lab Technician.
This is a management position, exempt from overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, with responsibility for formulation and recommendation of district policies, regulations and budget decisions related to area of responsibility.
Salary : $165,711 - $186,509
