About MT Valet: At MT Valet, we’re on a mission to make life easier for residents and property managers through our valet trash services. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a National Sales Director to help us expand our reach and grow our business. What You’ll Do: As our National Sales Director, you’ll help shape our sales strategy and support our efforts to grow MT Valet’s presence across the country. You'll work closely with our team, leading the charge on national sales efforts and helping to bring in new clients. You'll be instrumental in building relationships with property managers and other key stakeholders while ensuring we meet client needs and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow MT Valet’s client base.
  • Work with our Business Development team to find new opportunities and build connections.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with property managers and clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Help lead and support the sales team, guiding them to meet sales goals.
  • Track and analyze sales data to make improvements and drive results.
  • Help create sales materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of MT Valet’s services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent MT Valet and network with potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for sales and helping businesses grow.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter who is organized, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Some experience in sales (real estate, property management, or service-based industries a plus, but not required).
  • Comfort with using sales tools and CRM software (or willing to learn).
  • The ability to travel and commute as needed to meet clients or attend events.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience (1-2 years) is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a bonus but not a requirement.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.12 - $20.17 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
