mta robotics is a global provider of industrial soldering and dispensing machines. Our business thrives on two key revenue streams: complete machines and the consumables that keep them running. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This part-time, on-site role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service in a B2B environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support & Order Processing: Provide accurate quotes and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate Technical Support: Direct customer inquiries to the technical team.
• Inventory & Shipping Management: Order standard parts, receive shipments, and package small orders (0-5 small boxes/day).
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices and send monthly statements to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with order entry, purchasing, and/or accounting
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):

• 1 years of B2B customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central
• Fluency in Spanish
• Knowledge of industrial equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.34 - $20.00 per hour
