We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to oversee our used vehicle sales department. Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring efficient inventory management and control.

• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales pipeline, and customer interactions using appropriate software.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using software tools related to inventory control and sales support.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively, ensuring follow-up on leads through cold calling when necessary.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
