The Manager, R211 Warranty Administration is responsible to implement established standards and warranty procedures for the Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Maintenance Shops and to act as the intermediary between CEE&TS New Car Procurement, DCE Maintenance Shops, and the Contractors in resolving technical, procedural, and contractual issues pertaining to warranty.
