What You'll Do:
· Assist the Regional Manager in coordinating sales culture and processes with operational efficiencies.
· Direct the operational functions of the branch, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
· Promote high morale and instill a sense of team spirit throughout the branch.
· Provide top-notch service to our members, assisting them with their financial needs and inquiries.
· Train, direct, and supervise MSR staff to effectively sell/refer products and services.
· Handle complaints registered by members involving branch operations.
· Maintain proper cash controls and ensure all branch transactions are balanced.

Requirements
· One to three years of similar or related experience.
· A two-year college degree, specialized certification or licensing, specialized training courses, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
