Description
The Investment Operations Associate is a highly skilled support specialist that assists Trust Officers with middle office functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting Trust Officers with account termination process
- Assisting Trust Officers with unique asset pricing
- Transferring marketable securities including, but not limited to Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and cash for on-boarding clients
- Transferring assets between internal accounts
- Purchasing, redeeming and processing dividends on bank CDs
- Manual shadow posting, loading and reconciling automated data feed for shadow accounts
- Creating and distributing various reports to Trust Officers
- Adjusting cost for correct cost basis reporting
- Processing back up withholding
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Financial Industry experience supporting wealth management professionals and/or experience in a law office supporting trusts and estates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, customer service and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Dependable and adaptable to changes
