What you will be doing : You’ll be responsible for management of student records, accountability ,and data integrity in compliance and adherence to government and management directives.
Essential Functions :
Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative, program auditing and student records systems activities of the department. Track and communicate on board strength (O.B.S.) to managers and directors upon request.
Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures. Review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
Monitor the quality and accuracy of student records by ensuring forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner, data is input or posted to files; maintain reports.
Audit student records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Respond to student and staff inquiries regarding student records; ensure Privacy Act compliance; provide technical assistance on student records as necessary.
Occasionally requires physical exertion to manually life, move, pull, push, or carry materials or objects.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his / her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Associate’s degree and two years of related experience, one of which should be supervisory.
