What you will be doing : You’ll be responsible for the coordination of designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions :
Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the program areas of supervision.
Manage, recommend, and participate in student counseling and student accountability with activities such as staff / student confrontation and individual student problems / solutions.
Conduct monthly audits of staff and student files and ensure compliance with established center and DOL requirements.
Management of advanced training instructional programs.
Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.
Education and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
