The Job :

As an Electrician Journeyman, youll be part of our T&O Global Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. Youll get to :

Coordinate schedules and follow up on assignments through completion

Complete the necessary preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment as scheduled

Attend required internal and / or external safety classes and follow all safety rules

Repair and recondition equipment throughout the facility as required

Complete and maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance activities

Operate lift truck, cranes, welders and other equipment to perform maintenance duties

Train and develop apprentices as assigned

Abide by all OSHA, National Electric Code, and Fire codes

Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures

Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Plan and recommend future equipment and facility requirements

Perform all tasks assigned by Maintenance Leadership

The Person :

State approved Electrical Maintenance Journeyman Card or five years of industrial experience

Ability to develop, implement, and improve preventative maintenance measures

Experienced programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics

Experience with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Thorough knowledge of OSHA, the National Electric Code, and the Fire Code

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, along with effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Must have a valid lift truck operator license or successfully complete lift truck training

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Must maintain a valid drivers license

Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions both inside and outside
