What Youll Do

As an assembly team member, youll be part of our team located in Tupelo, MS. Youll get to :

Work within a station that is part of a larger assembly line with 7 35 second takt times to assemble a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product, and consistent delivery.

Assemble / fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a sub-assembly table or on the assembly line. (Approx. 60%)

Read and understand operation standards, as needed, such as standard work. (Approx. 15%)

Manual movement and lifting by fastening parts together by hand and / or using hand tools and portable power tools. (Approx. 25%)

High School diploma or equivalent

Entry Level to one year (Approx. factory, assembly, or mechanical experience)

Basic Knowledge of Hand Tools

Verbal Communication Skills
