Summary

This position involves servicing our line of sewer camera and sewer inspection transport devices, sold and serviced by MTech out of our Cincinnati, Ohio shop. Refer here for more information: https://www.mtechcompany.com/products/cues-sewer-inspection-equipment.

The designated service area is primarily considered to be Southern Ohio and into the States of Kentucky and Indiana. This person will work on the road from time to time (about two or three days per week at times) utilizing our premium company service trucks and specialty tools, with the balance of time from our Cincinnati facility. The position is considered part of the Cincinnati-based service team which works out of the Cincinnati shop. Service needs in this designated service area are supplemented additionally by mobile technicians based out of the company’s other physical service centers in both Cleveland, Ohio and Livonia, Michigan.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunity; 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Requirements:

· Prior Mechanic/Technician experience with small electronics (experience working with vocational work trucks is a plus but not considered necessary)

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Valid driver's license required

· Must have or be willing to obtain a Class B minimum CDL (MTech will train and pay for if needed)

· Travel required in Southern Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana for on-site repairs

Job Responsibilities:

· In-shop and field repairs

· Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics

· Soldering

· Field demonstrations for our sold equipment from time to time

· Customer training on proper use of our equipment

· Troubleshooting and technical support

· Equipment maintenance and preparation
