Account Specialist
The Account Specialist will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The Account Specialist should be familiar with accounting procedures and should have experience with accounting software programs - Quickbooks. The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions, manage billing, handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, receipts, account reconciliation and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience desired.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzing data : Create financial data analysis, evaluate financial processing, and interpret accounting reports
- Preparing reports : Prepare financial reports, including cash receipts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reports
- Ensuring compliance : Ensure the company follows industry standards and laws
- Providing advice : Provide financial advice and assist with tax preparation
- Overseeing transactions : Oversee the company's transactions and ensure accurate transaction records
- Developing documentation : Develop financial documentation for organizational decision-makers
- Working with external auditors : Work with external auditors
- Updating policies : Assist with updating policies and procedures
- Researching : Research and conduct studies
