The accounts payable clerk role is a temporary role who will receive, reviews, codes, enters and maintains all invoices. Assists other Accounts Payable team members on AP related projects.

Responsibilities
- Receives and verifies invoices for completeness, authorization, accuracy, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping.
- Enters invoices.
- Enters expense reports.
- Selects invoices for payment.
- Processes and mails checks.
- Files check stubs and vouchers.
- Processes payment to Osteotech.
- Prepares and records cash receipt entries.
- Prepares deposit for the bank.
- Processing vouchers for payment, preparing and attaching documentation to checks prior to signature, and filing.
- Performs additional duties and project related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable.
