The R&D Intern will support R&D activities by conducting experiments and literature searches related to product and process development, processing allograft tissue forms based on protocols or SOPs, performing tissue/device characterization testing, and analyzing experimental data.
- Pay: $25.00p/h
- This role requires you to be current student at a college or university
- Must be able to commuter to Edison, NJ 5 days a week
- Be able to fulfill a 37.5-hour work week
Responsibilities
- Participates in processing tissue, planning and performing experiments and analyzing results for Research and Development projects.
- Performs biochemical assays, statistical analysis, and other preclinical in vitro testing.
- Performs literature searches and compile summaries of all relevant information.
- Research competitive products and continue to update competitive information libraries.
- Maintains lab notebook and prepares data summaries and reports.
- Performs additional duties as assigned and trained.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least one to three years college credit toward a degree in Engineering or Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational ability, good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with others.
- Previous cell culture and ELISA experienced preferred.
