About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing innovative cloud service delivery models that empower our platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS) capabilities.
You will leverage your expertise in AWS and Terraform to build and maintain cloud infrastructure, implement automation using DevSecOps best practices, and analyze applications to recommend strategies for migration and deployment into cloud environments. Your ability to provide cost optimization, recovery strategies, and benefit analyses will be crucial for our success in delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Implement and maintain automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
- Analyze and recommend strategies for application migration, deployment, and optimization in cloud environments.
- Develop and implement cloud-native applications, migrate on-premises applications to the cloud, and debug cloud stacks.
- Manage policies for cloud services, establish secure cloud environments, and ensure high availability and uptime.
- Design and develop new software products or enhance existing cloud software solutions.
- Provide strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and benefit analyses of cloud and hybrid services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: 5 years in cloud development or related fields.
- Technology Expertise: Proficiency in AWS and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks.
- Experience with automation, DevSecOps practices, and cloud migration strategies.
- Knowledge of secure cloud environment design and implementation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Clearance: Active TS Clearance required.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-agnostic platforms and on-premise service integration.
- Proven ability to manage policies, debugging, and uptime/availability design.
- Strong analytical skills for failure/recovery and cost-benefit analyses.
