Responsibilities
- MTH is seeking an adaptable and engaged candidate with 5-10 years of experience in executing oversight, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scans, and continuous risk assessments
- Facilitate a comprehensive cybersecurity program, System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs)
- Proven leader able to identify secure system configurations, ensure selected security controls and systems are implemented correctly and maintained, and conduct system and network audits
- Demonstrated record of monitoring and managing cybersecurity best practices, while helping enhance organization trainings, certifications, performance management, and quantifiable metrics
- Comfortable and capable of communicating with the system owner/government agency representatives
- Lead development and implementation of an effective information system security education, training, and awareness program (SETA)
- Ensuring proper measures and documentation are completed when an information system incident or vulnerability is discovered
Qualifications
- CLEARANCE: Top Secret
- Role requires applicant be a United States Citizen with a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology related field
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience working directly with Cyber Security technologies
