Are you passionate about Agile transformation and helping teams do their best work? We’re seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support mission-critical programs in Huntsville. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Scrum experience who is ready to grow, guide teams through the Agile lifecycle, and bring structure, clarity, and energy to every sprint.
As a key player, you’ll execute Scrum methodologies across the product lifecycle, foster team collaboration, and be the driving force behind Agile best practices. This isn’t just about removing blockers—it’s about building a high-performing team culture and partnering with stakeholders to improve product delivery and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos.
- Facilitate team collaboration and progress toward defined sprint goals.
- Support team norms and help uphold Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress, keeping delivery on track.
- Coordinate dependencies with other Scrum teams and stakeholders.
- Promote Agile quality practices and ensure continuous improvement.
- Advise government personnel on process improvement and product evolution.
- Support level-of-effort estimation and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) planning activities.
- Provide consistent feedback to the team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Who You Are:
- Hold an active Top Secret clearance.
- Have a foundational understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, leading discussions, and resolving team challenges.
- Enthusiastic about Agile values and servant leadership.
